Good but needed to tweak the CV myself after

Advantages CV was a good summary (minus the mistakes) of my career to date
Disadvantages Too many mistakes in the final product to charge what they charge
I was considering having my CV written as it has been so many years since I have needed one and was sure that my old one was out of date. So, I called The Fuller CV for a free review and Josie, who did the free review, was really great. There was no hard sell at all and she gave me some great tips.
Then I decided to go ahead with getting the CV done professionally. I rang up The Fuller CV and said I had been given a discount and the receptionist wasn't sure if she should believe me! Frankly, if this had been the first person I had spoken to from the company, I would have put the phone down and they wouldn't have heard from me again. An annoying slightly plummy woman who probably didn't want to deal with me at all. Then I was given a date for a phone call to speak to the consultant. There was an awful lot of waffle in this discussion with the consultant. He was very nice, just waffly. I was really pleased with the CV he sent - I know I would never have thought of writing it like that. On closer inspection, there were quite a few mistakes in it - contentwise and as far as language is concerned, which I corrected myself.
