Advantages: huge play area

Huge warehouse on the easily found Team Valley trading Estate, this has been opened a few years now, and is usually busy…one of those places to go to when it's raining and you need something to amuse the kids.

The whole area is divided into sections for under 2s, which is basically ball pools and Little vehicles to drive in a specially enclosed area, an area for under 5s, which is more of the same but with some slides and climbing ...
...areas complete with some of the latest games and a mini village with small road system. Definitely something for everything if nerves can take it!!

PARTIES

We have. Over the years, had a few parties here…takes the pressure off parents and carers. All you do is chose the themed room you want (Sea World, The Den, Castle or Disco) pay your money and the rest is done for you.

Giant's Den. Team Valley Trading Estate

Advantages: 2 hours' play for your money!
Disadvantages: Expensive unless you buy a book of 5 or ten visits in advance

We don't live near the Giant's Den, but we do find ourselves, with the kids, at the Team valley retail park from time to time. Shopping's no fun to 4 youngsters, so one afternoon, we decided to treat them to softplay. We have been to numerous softplay sessions over the past 6 years, and Giant's Den is there at the top for us. It's huge, with lots of different zones for different ages and activities. There's plenty there to keep the kids entertained ...

Giants Den - Don't go there

Advantages: None what so ever
Disadvantages: Everything

...before her birthday, sent off the invitiations etc only to receive a phone call a couple of days later saying they couldn't do parties at that time and could i change the time as the invitations had already gone out I said this was not possible and they accepted the booking at the time. At the party i was told I would have to pay £1 charge for each child who had not turned up I refused to do this as was never advised of this. I was told this was ...

The Supervisor apologised as she was not aware of this but then went on to advise if I had not paid this, they would just cancel the party and on this occasion they would let it go and waive the charge!
