I found the game to be similar to \'Grand Theft Auto (GTA)\' as you go around stealing cars, and following orders to move through the game. In \'The Godfather\' you have to go to business and extort them. You are part of the Corleone family and there are 4 other rival families. It is set in New York, with 5 parts to it: Brooklyn, Little Italy, New Jersey, Midtown and Hell\'s Kitchen. You have the chance to use different weapons and you are given different taskes to complete to move up the family ladder from Outsider to Underboss. when you finally complete the game, you become Don of NYC.
The game is enjoyable to play, but it feels repeatative as you go to business which are similar to one another exploiting the owners and taking control of the business, which was before owned by a rival family.
I didn't find the game to be too challenging as I managed to complete it within 3 days. The tasks were all a similar level of difficulty and unlike most games, didn\'t get harder as you played it.
There is not much to the game, it is quite basic. You are taught how to beat people up and shoot guns and the description of objectives is explained well so you know evactly what you are meant to be doing.
