Everywhere i look i see Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish " one of the best cleansers i have ever used ". Unfortunatley, in my case i have to disagree. I mean, i have no major complaints about this product apart from the fact that it didnt do any justice for my complextion.
I have normal to combination skin, but recently i have had a few dry days and sensitivity on my skin. I never really cleansed my face with products just the old fashion way with water and then applying a moistoriser for my skin type.
I tried this product in the hope that it would help the dryness and sensitivity that i was experiencing. Not only that, but i recently decided to go all natural and organic when it comes to my skin. Reading so many things about the dangerous ingredients that are placed into cosmetics and what they can do to you.

bombarded with prior to your ?minor operation? ? all thanks to informed patient choice! A healthy diet as we all know is vital these days if not difficult especially when faced with meals you love or chocolates or biscuits etc. Of course as we all know also you only get one liver, so its best to look after your own one than be on a transplant list in years to come! The condition is far worse for pregnant women near term. For some reason Starvation, excess dieting and protein malnutrition can also result in fatty liver

Advantages: A very light, enjoyable read, likeable characters and a few laughs Disadvantages: no depth whatsoever, not particularly original characters
I first discovered Meg Cabot through her children's books (notably the Princess Diaries series, the films of which I was EXTREMELY disappointed with, but that's for another review!). Until a couple of years ago, I worked in a bookshop and I always read the books aimed at teenagers so that I would be better placed to advise parents of their suitability for various age groups - well, that was my excuse anyway...
I was a little concerned that Cabot's writing style might not translate too well to 'adult' fiction, but I'm pleased to say I was wrong - for the most part!
I should point out, before I go on, that if you're looking for a novel with much (or any?) substance to it, you should probably steer clear of this, or indeed any of Cabot's work.
If, however, you're after a light read, with a few laughs and some likeable characters ...
