My dad bought me this book while I was going through my Leonardo Di Caprio stage (urgh dont remind me!) and so I obviously read with some enthusiasm. However slowly my enthusiasm began to die out. You see this book is one for reader with a more capable understanding and perhaps more reading knowledge. The words were such that no one under the age of 15 could possible understand fully. All in all it helps to see the film afterwards so you get an idea of what you are reading.
Dumas is a classic author and all his books are mainly written in the style which The Man in The Iron Mask is written. One of his most famous works perhaps being the three muskateers to which everyone knows the story and most all love. However this book really isnt for those with weak reading capabilities.
