Due to the amount of used cards I have kept i think there should be a web site or some easy to check your balance.And mabey even be able to pass on the balance from one card to the other :eg, by being able to stsrt a new card to carry on the call and it does not just cut-off the call when the cash run's out.
Advantages: I can talk as much as I want. Disadvantages: The peak time charges can be quite expensive.
Being an oversea student, this particular option has helped me tremendously in keeping in touch with my family and friends. I am always on the go during the day and usually it is harder for people to find me than me finding them. I don't foresee myself using the mobile during the peak hours so I guess this is the best option for me. The 500 free minutes kept my bill low as I have friends scattered all over UK and I only call them during the off-peak time (students peak time only starts after 10pm!!!). I mentioned about family... well, I uses phonecards like Swiftcall and Number1 to call home in Malaysia, using the free minutes to call... a 10 minutes call will probably cost me only 4p. Orange are the best network that i have been with.
Their customer service is better than all the others like 121 and Virgin.
They have alot to offer people who are looking for a new phone or looking for answers to there handset.
They offer the following services: -
1) SMS TXT MSGING
2) VOICEMAIL
3) FREE NUMBERCARDS WHEN YOU SIGN UP AND REGISTER YOUR PHONE AND MANY, MANY MORE.
They talk you through what they intend to do with the service.
They have built up a reputation which is very good.
They always put the customer first.
They have even got their service sorted out you can recieve and make calls in the uk because in June 2001 there coverage went up to 100% in the whole of the uk.
If anyone is thinking about a good network.
This would be it.
Look at the benefits see what you want, ask them if you can have it. ...
