I am a 17 year old male currenly living in the Birmingham area. At present I am advancing into my second year at college, studying maths, chemistry, computing, geography and environmental science.

Having been an orange pay-as-you-go subscriber for the past 5 years I still believe they have the best all round package, with their offers such as orange out here, now what other service provider offers you 5 free texts a day for the small price of £19.99.
However the orange shop is a diferent story, I went in a couple of weeks ago to ask for a new swipe card, as I had jus t purchased a new phone. I was told that the orange shop, did not stock orange swipe cards, which I find quite ridiculous.
The customer service was not even that brilliant, they didnt tell me where to go to get hold of one, they didnt offer to send one through the post or anyhting.
For phones however they have a good choice of all brand names, nokia, motorola, siemens, sagem, sony, eriksson, and NEC. All are at reasonable prices and with a package suitable for you.
I was also impressed by the shop design and lay-out, it was clean, modern, and well layed out you could find exactly what you were looking for with no trouble.
How helpful would this review be to a person making a buying decision? Rating guidelines
I bought a phone from them the other day on contract and their service was great in my local shop. Note you rate this as four stars but say the service wasnt brilliant - you might want to reconsider your star rating if it was average I would change to three stars...
