The Orange Shop

I've been on Orange pay as you go for 6 years, not being at first such a big phone user apart from business with personal phone, my personal calls or text are more to meet, etc. However after trying to change personal phones recently on several occasions, i've noticed all the new phones that come out are getting available on Orange weeks and months after they have come out on other networks.

Being set on a few different handsets and wanting to starton a contract but staying with orange, I keep having to wait as every shop keeps telling me 'oh not, not on Orange yet' and this for many different models over the last few months. And then when it finally comes out, it's on pay as you go and 'maybe in a few weeks' etc.

I've experienced many times poor and ignorant service form orange shops in the past and i put it down as individual 'dumbness' , not as Orange, but now, reading this site, i'm wondering whether all the previous reviews [apart from the one about how expensive the phones are] have been posted by Orange representative who try to convince us how great it is.

I think i will join other networks soon if i keep having to wait weeks before the phone i want is available.
