Disadvantages unhelpful staff, no comeback, do not answer the phone

Do not purchace your Orange... |

I have recently signed a contract through an orange shop and am dismayed to find I have no protection and would have been much better to have puchased on line. To cut a long story short the applications of the phone were misrepresented by the salesperson. I had placed my trust in them and on returning to the store the same assistant again misrepresented the phone, only to be told by a colleauge that they were incorrect. You imagine that the sales contract would then be receeded - not the case I am stuck with this phone for the next TWO years! Orange the company are sympathetic but it seems the shops are a seperate unit!
Buy on line - you can then clearly see the phone spec and you have 7 days in which you can change you mind.Buy from the shop and you are stuffed - worse still the shop management in my case at least are reluctant to take any responsibility.
