Mostly the service is fine and of course it's supposedly ethical. But try phoning or e-mailing to question something which appears erroneous on your bill.
1. they won't answer your email
2. if you phone they'll helpfully suggest (recorded message) that you email.
3. write a letter of complaint - ignored.
Oh well it was only a couple of pounds on the bill but I believe I'll have to go the whole hog and make a formal complaint.

Earning
The scheme states that you earn approximately 5p for every £1 that your spend. However please be aware that this is for Co-op products only, if you buy major brand names you will not earn any cash.
On my last shopping trip I bought 46 items costing £62.54. 39 items were eligible for Dividend points that totalled £57.24 and I received £3.03 on my Dividend card. That means I received just above 5% return on my shopping.
Just hand your Dividend card over when you pay for your shopping and your reward will automatically be added. On your till receipt a statement is printed informing you what you have earned on this visit and your total balance.

A few days latter I received a call from a lady I'll call Pam (I wont use her real name) who informed me that the glass had been sent away for analyse, and that as soon as she had the results she would contact me and send on a copy. (Translation - This is so i can sit on my backside all day and do no hard work, so dont do this work, even if it is for the good of the store, i dont get paid to do hard work all day) I Mean really, is there any harm in replacing a wrong price label.
I recently found a Health and safety concern, cant say too much incase they read this, but I did my best to clean the concern, and phoned the manager suggesting rentokil, "ill do it in the morning". 1 MONTH later, the problem is still present and getting worse.
Ive had it now, im going to phone the union, tell them everything, and see claim my money.
