Ah, The Punisher, the cruel, cruel game that follows the film and the Marvel Comic books.
I only played the PC version, so don't blame me if I mention something that is not in the PS2 version, although that is unlikely.
(PS. I have received a couple of comments to do with this review, and the differences between PS2 and the PC. I can assure anybody who reads this reveiw that the basic storyline and features should be the same, as both games follow the films and comics... the only difference is the controller types. In PS2, the game uses the standard PS2 (with analogue sticks) controllers, and the PC version uses either Gamepad or Keyboard and mouse.)
Basically, you play the infamous Frank Castle as you go around killing and interrogating your enemies and saving lives, and getting style points as you do so. Every so often, you come across special Interrogation zones and Kill zones, in which you can gat masses of style point if used properly. However, if you kill somebody during special or even normal Interrogations, you will be met with disgusting, yet cool, scenes of the unfortunate bloke dying, and points taken off the style points.
Some of the Special Kill zones can also be disgusting, on one of the levels, Frank Castle throws an enemy onto a elephant horn, which impales them on it.
I wouldn't normally recommend this game to anybody, however, it is a must buy if you like Resident Evil or any other games with Blood, Gore and Body Bits splattered all over the place.
Special thanks to "masterblaster128" and "TheDuke" for highlighting the problems with this reveiw.

You should of put this review on the pc version then. Poor review, you did not say much, need info on graphics, sound, controls, replay value and more on gameplay. check out my own punisher review and other ps2 games, thanks Eddie
Advantages: Very nice visuals, enjoyable and well-structured races, interactive pit-stops, four seasons of play Disadvantages: Handling may trouble novices, no rewards or extras for success and consequently little replay value, various clumsy niggles, loading times
