The Secret Circle is a trilogy by Lisa Jane Smith which is compelling and the most addictive teenage series of all time. Once I picked the first book up (The Initiation) I was hooked as the mixture of thrill and supernatural overtones of the series swept me away into another world. It's about a group of modern day witches who are the last of their kind and suddenly get a new member into their elite group... Words are not enough to describe this series but I recommend it to any teenager and I guarantee you will read it over and over again. The books have a blend of everything that makes a book unmissable. There are no negative aspects to it at all but it may attract female readers more.
