This book is a spin-off from the Simpsons. Matt Groening has made this as a guide to the Simpson's town, Springfield. It has various Simpson charachters writing pieces about the town. It is very informative for all Simpson fans, but can go over the top and start waffling.
The best thing about this book is that all the attractions and places contained in the book are all from the episode. Most have only been in one episode and not mentioned much so all but the really dedicated Simpson fan will not recognise most of the places.Apart from that, it is a good laugh and is fun to read on long journeys. Children might not understand it all because it can become complicated and the inside jokes are hard to get for young people.
