After a recent trip to the library my son discovered the book that I will now review, the fact that is entirely centred around a certain body part was incredibly funny to Connor, so of course we took it out to borrow.
The book I will know review is - ?Bums by David Bedford and Leonie Worthington?
To say the general concept of this book is non existent would be an understatement! The book consists of 7 double pages, the right hand side of the picture featuring a particular animal, my favourite being the roller skating hippo, with the left hand page showing a ¼ of the page with the rest of it being folded back on itself to hide the obvious body part of interest.

Advantages: Effective exercise, good encouragement from Micah. Disadvantages: Difficult to find motivation in own loungue.
Does mybum look big in this?, how many times have you said this, or thought it (usually the female variety). I have always had a problem with my hips and stomach (as do many females) but have been attending a gym for 2 years now and have seen a great improvement, though I still have to work out to maintain it. During the school holidays I found going to the gym more difficult, so I set about finding a DVD that would be useful and motivational for use at home. My regular class was legs, bums and tums and I wanted to find a DVD with similar exercises. After much searching I came across Bums and Tums by Micah which contained 2 movies in one box and promised to provide an effective workout programme to target these problem areas, with both a full workout and a quick fit. This sounded perfect for my requirements.
