Toro Loco is the place to go in Bocas delToro to enjoy a cold beer, darts, five flat screen televisions, free Wifi, delicious bar food and free popcorn all day! A few of the things they have on their menu are burgers, chicken fingers and wings, quesadillas and mozzarella sticks. They've got happy hour every day from 3-6pm. Always good music on and they had live music a couple nights while I was in town. It was a fun place to go and meet new people. A lot of the local Americans can be found here. Pan's Labyrinth has all the aspects of a classic fable - from Ofelia's intimidating but kindly mentor, the Faun of the title, through the fairy-tale domains she must enter, to the terrifying creatures that lurk within. What sets it apart is the visual flair with which DelToro delivers the story. This is carried not only in the rich, seductive fantasy-world scenes that Ofelia enters, but also in the stark, monochrome reality she comes from. Though the former is beautifully rendered and heavy with the effects of DelToro's enormous imagination, it is by contrast with the grim, oppressive depiction of 1940s Spain that it gains its power.
