Finally a Business book worth reading

Advantages: Honest, informative and straight

As i first heard of this book i thought yeah yeah another successful businessman who just wants to tell the world how great he is and not offer anything in the way of advice or useful tips. How wrong i was. Jack Welch is a retired former CEO and chairman of General Electric. In this book Welch gives you the benefit of all is years of experience and writes in an unprecedented honest manner. In this book welch answers the most frequent questions that he asked by aspiring managers. He explains how he did things, giving both positive and negative sides and to be fair he criticises himself as well. I found it very interesting to read about the systems implemented by welch, such as the 20,70,10 system. Do you want to find a store full of great quality, colourful, ethical make-up products? If you do, B is the place for you to go! *In A Nutshell* If you are a fan of Lush, you will love this shop! It is Lush's sister shop, but instead of selling bath and body products, it sells make-up! B has the same ethics as Lush, and has many vegan products. The stores are very limited, with there only being four stores in the UK - one in Covent Garden (London), one in Oxford Street (London), one in Dorset (Poole - where Lush began!) and one in Leeds. *The Good* The products are great quality and they have a colour, shade or scent for everyone.
