This is a shopping centre on Dewsbury Road near Morley in Leeds (off the M62 junction 28)
There are eight car parks around the Centre with 4800 FREE car parking spaces. In addition, there is a taxi rank, a bus station and a coach station.
There are buses every 5 or 10 minutes from Leeds Bus Station, City Square and the Corn Exchange to the White Rose Centre during the day Monday to Saturday. A list of service numbers can be found at the Customer Information Desk.
From the 25th September 2001 this shopping centre will become a no-smoking centre.
The shopping centre itself has got one floor, but it has got a second floor in the middle. Although some shops do have 2 floors.
The ground floor has got all the shops (over 100 retail outlets), big names such as BHS, Boots, HMV, Next, Debenhams, Argos. There are all varieties of shops, inc Clothes, Shoes, Sports, Jewellery, Travel Agents, Music, Opticians. Then upstairs is mainly the food section, these include McDonalds, KFC, Ainsleys, a chinese place. Also upstairs there is the Leeds Utd Retail Shop (my favourite shop), and a hairdressers.
I come to this shopping centre almost every week, as it is not that far to travel, and i like the free parking.
The White Rose Shopping Centre is great and it's all under one roof.

I don't mind the White Rose Centre, but I much prefer shopping in Leeds city centre as there's a better choice of shops. Relying on public transport anyway, then parking spaces mean very little to me! isobel xx
