Advantages The instructions help a lot
Disadvantages Sometimes difficult
"The world ends with you" is very unique from most games for the ds. The story starts off in the Japanese city of Shibuya, where you play as a fifteen year old boy, is antisocial, name Neku. He wakes up on the crosswalk not knowing how he got there with a mysterious pin with a skull print. Then receives a text message on his phone telling him to "complete the mission or face erasure". A timer appears on his hand and suddenly gets attacked by creatures known as the Noise. From there, Neku has 7 days to survive the Reaper's games and make it back to the home. During his time there he meets friends, enemies, and finds out the truth. The game-play uses both screens simultaneously to fight which at first can be a handful, but given time and practice and it's a lot easier than it seems. You need both the stylus and the button controls to fight. Thankfully you can adjust the difficulty to easy so that you wont have struggle your way through the game. The graphics are made to look like Japanese anime or manga, which is good if that's what you are into. Not to mention the variety of music including rap, hip-hop, hard rock and Japanese pop that plays while fighting, opening the menu, or reading the cut-scenes. There is also the mini game called Tin Pin Slammer, which is fun for if you want some time off of the action and fighting. Overall, the game is very unique along with the storyline, with plot twists, secrets, and characters that can relate with actual people. I have enjoyed this game and I hope you will too.

Sounds like something I would enjoy, although I dislike stylus controls.
