    Advantages Advantages Heart-warming story, easy to read, great story

    I'll be honest and say that I don't normally buy new books purely because of the price of them. As a young mum, I don't often have £7 or £8 hanging around to treat myself to a new book, which is why I love my library and the website ReadItSwapIt which I use a lot. But I made an exception when I saw this one in Tesco for just £4. I have loved Annie Sanders' other novels so the fact I love their books, I actually bought this one!     I found this book started a bit slow, but it did not take long to get into it. It was written by two people - Meg Sanders and Annie Ashworth. It is the second book that I have read of theirs, and I enjoyed them both - unsure which I preferred. There are two main characters of this book - Beth, a University lecturer who has just married Jacob, Carol, a woman's magazine editor who is bringing up her young son by herself. Beth and Carol have a link in the form of Beth's stepdaughter, Holly, who works for Carol, but they do not actually meet until towards the end of the book - due to an article ... more
