Advantages great books at great prices

Disadvantages none

If you have not yet discovered this amazing company you really should go th their website and have a look. They sell wonderful books at amazing prices!

I first encountered The Book People when i was working in school and one of their reps came round and left a small selection of books for people to browse and order if they wanted to. Over the years I have ordered quite a few books in this way and always been really pleased with the low price and the high quality.

However you do not need to wait for someone to come to your workplace as you can order any of the fairly wide selection of books they offer through their website at www.thebookpeople.co.uk

When you first log on you arrive at the homepage which then offer you various categories of books to browse. These include bestsellers, children fiction or non-fiction, adults fiction or non-fiction, lifestyle, home and leisure. In fact there is something there for everyone.

As the mum of two small children I always go straight to the childrens category. The bargains you find are fantastic! There are very well known books and authors at really low prices. For example at the moment they are selling a boxed set of 12 Angelina Ballerina books for only £29.99 whereas the recommended price is £130 therefore saving you £100!! That is just an example and there are hundreds more savings in all categories. They do sell lots of sets of books. I find this particularly useful with the childrens books because i can buy a collection of good quality books for about £10 and then separate them out for my daughter to give as birthday presents at all the parties she is invited to!

You might think that because they are selling at such low prices that the books must be out of date but they are not. They are the same ones that all the shops are selling now.

Thebookpeople is not a book club either. You do not have to sign up to buying a certain number of books in a year. You just buy what you want when you want. They offer a reward system too where you acquire points for every book you buy. When you have a certain number of points you can trade these in for certain books. They also operate Points Passport which gives VIP rewards for frequent users. I do not know that much about this though.

There is a delivery charge but not if you spend over £25 which is never difficult to do with such a great selection. Delivery is always very quick and I have never had any problem with my orders.

All in all you can not go wrong with The Book People! Great books, great prices and a great service!

I just wish they had stronger boxes the ones they send out are not built to take the weight they put in them sometimes.
