I have been trying them all in order to purchase my council house,i have a less than perfect than perfect credit history and have come across all sorts of problems from some less than helpful mortgage advisors.
That was until i came across and advert for the ... ...and filled in a short form,an hour later a very nice chap called me and went through the procedure for me.
He told me everything i needed to know,how much i would be charged for each service, how much the my monthly payments would be, what insurance i needed,and just about everything i could ever need to know about buying my house.

That was until i came across and advert for the mortgage lender in my newspaper. I visited their website and filled in a short form,an hour later a very nice chap called me and went through the procedure for me. He told me everything i needed to know,how much i would be charged for each service, how much the my monthly payments would be, what insurance i needed,and just about everything i could ever need to know about buying my house. Once he had been through everything to make sure i was clear on what he was offering me he asked if i would like to go ahead with it and book an appointment with their advisor to go through the paper work in my own home at my own pace. He was not at all pushy like some advisors i have come across, he was knowledgeable about his products, he was able to explain everything in plain english and made me feel very calm and at ease with whole proceedure. If you are looking for helpful advise and to obtain a mortgage when you have failed elsewhere i would suggest you visit these people. You have nothing lose and will not have to answer any embarrassing questions. I give them full credit for their services are the tops.
