my name is ben cutler i recently placed an order with the perfume emporium .co.uk an sent chris an email today as to find out if my goods would be here in time for xmas chris replied within the hour an sent a dispatch order to my email add as i asked of him i am still yet to receive my goods he then sent me an email saying i have upgraded your order as we only had a 75ml bottle insted of a 50ml bottle he also wrote i hope it gets to you now why would any proffesional online shop write i hope it gets to you or even upgrade my order for free i sent a reply back to him sayin that his email was very unproffesional an was worrying he then replied to me by saying he is now giving me a refund but my bank cannot claim it back till jan 6th this is complete crap so firstly he took my money lied that he had upgraded my order then lied that he can remember it going out as he only had the 75ml bottle insted of the 50 i ordered he then lied to me that my bank cant claim this back till jan 6th i am now pressing charges against him an will be visiting him an his house with a police officer an my lawyer i will also be putting in a claim for all my expenses as well as my refund an closing this sham of a business down for good SO IF YOU LIKED BEING RIPPED OF AN CONNED OUT OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AN LIKE LINING THE POCKETS OF SCUM GO AHEAD AN LET CHRIS RUN WILD WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD CAUSE YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR GOODS ONLY FALSE PROMISES AN LIES IF YOU SHOP AT THE PERFUME EMPORIUM.CO.UK IF YOU HAVE BEEN CONNED YOU CAN GET CHRIS'S ADDRESS FROM HIS WEBSITE LOOK IT UP ON GOOGLEWORLD AN GO VISIT HIM WITH THE POLICE AN PRESS CHARGES ALSO IF THAT AINT YOUR APROACH CONTACT WEBHOSTER ,TRADING STANDARDS NOTTINGHAM POLICE YOUR BANK AN C.A.B IF YOUR AT YOUR WITS END WITH THIS COMPANY AN STILL HAVENT RECEIVED YOUR ORDER OR REFUND MERRY XMAS AN DONT LET SCUM LIKE THIS RUIN IT FOR YOU BEN CUTLER
