I have just purchased a designer stand from plasmacentre.com. I was very nervous when I have seen that they were using City links (probably the worst delivery service ever) but everything was delivered as promised.
I had picked the wrong date while ordering.I was really pleased with the customer service who sorted everything out immediately.
Very good shop.Would use again. ...

Plasma centre might be OK here but their delivery service operated by CityLink is unreliable. On the status tracking I got an update that the driver came and left a card because I was not at home, but I was at home and there was no card left in my letter box. The driver did not even bothered to call me even once. In the end I had to collect the goods (TV Stannd) from the City Link Depot. There I realised I was not alone with the same story!!! Well something that you dont expect if you have paid for the delivery. ...

We chipped together and decided to get him a Philip Digital photo frame, unfortunately my son was off with chickenpox and by the time I got back to work I'd left it a bit late to organise it so needed the wonderful internet and overnight delivery.
Quick search of the internet and Amazon didn't have the model I wanted in stock, but a quick google search found The Plasma ... ...I wanted in stock which they confirmed they did and they said overnight delivery (around £13) was no problem. This was on Wednesday afternoon and collegues' leaving do was on Friday, I was assured there wouldnt be a problem (at £13 overnight for overnight delivery I would hope not!). Got email on Thursday saying it had been despatched.
Come Friday there was no delivery and we had a very embarrassing leaving presentation in front of 50 people where ...

I found the exact bracket I needed for my new LCD TV by using their simple backet finder - all you do is enter the make and size of your TV and the plasma centre shows you a list of suitable brackets for your TV! It couldn't be easier even for a complete novice like me.
You can chhose your preferred delivery day from a drop down calendar and even select a timed delivery service if needed.
Once ordered you are notified via email of the exact status ... ...a link to the couriers tracking information so you can see exactly where your order is.
My bracket arrived 10.00 the next day in perfect condition - I now have my TV on the wall and it looks perfect.
I was sop pleased with the plasma centre that I ordered a digital photo fram from them the next week. Unfortunately when the picture frame arrived we opened it carefully to check it was the right one - but it was too small so we rang the plasma centre ...

I ordered a TV Stand and instructed a delivery request for 5 days later. This arrived on schedule with the outer packaging slightly damaged on one corner. My wife signed for the package N/C (not checked) just in case of further damage to the contents.
That evening when i came home from work i opened the package to inspect the contents everything seemed ok but, we decided that we should have ordered the next larger size of TV Stand ! no problem so ... ...two mistakes :- Number One, I should have ordered the larger TV Stand in the first place. :- Number Two, I opened the package !! I am gobsmacked i found that upon breaking the sellotape and to remove the contents deems that according to The Plasma Centre is not acceptable for return.
Even if we had not opened the box and requested to return the stand for a larger one we could have been charged for repackaging the damaged carton (15%) of the invoice ...
