Thermalright specializes in the design and manufacture of a wide array of cooling systems and modules for the information communication technology (ICT) industries. Thermalright's CPU cooler line of products is designed with a diverse group of end users in mind; as such, its products are suitable in a variety of distribution channels. PRODUCT FEATURES: 120mm Recommended fan for maximum cooling capability; Multiple heatpipes for well spread heat around aluminum fins; Light weight and easy installation; Compatibility across multiple platforms (socket 478/754/939/940); Enormous wingspan gives extra cooling to MOSFET or NB chipset.
...The P5K Premium was the first motherboard I considered buying when I decided it was time to upgrade my CPU to a Core 2 Quad Q6600. I was very happy with the results - the P5K allowed me to overclock my processor by 1.2GHz to a stable 3.6GHz on air cooling alone. I'm sure that this stability is partly due to the large heatpipes seen on the board, keeping key components cool without the need for more noisy fans.
However, these heatpipes may block larger HSFs from being used, although my rather large Thermalright Ultra-120 eXtreme did fit. The BIOS is, as BIOSes go, not exactly revolutionary, but still easy to use and overclock with. I'm sure that the option to instantly save settings to a USB stick will come in handy, although I haven't needed it yet due to the stability of the board.
The board also allowed me to overclock my PC2-6400 RAM...

XFX have put some thought into the design of this card and came up with a really nice looking holograpihc face plate on the heatsink which is a bit redundent if you have a plain case but if you have a side panel on your case then it does make things nice a shiny in the case lol. Also...
