Well after having owned alot of mobiles i found the sony ericsson w850i to be a really good phone. Most of the other phones i have owned have either broke like keypad lights have just decided to stop working speakers have broke but the W850i is pretty much indestructable. I had it on an 18 month contract and i am still amazed that it is never broke down on me .Ive dropped it many times, I even dropped it in a puddle it was fully submerged but after it dryed out a bit it turned on again like nothin had happend.still there is no cracks on the screen, very little scratches. Its is an easy phone to use. You can upgrade the memory card wich will allow you to fit alot of mp3s, videos and pictures on to the phone.
