The Dsi is the next generation of the DS , it has two cameras front and back and lots of technology . In my opinion the Dsi has its advantages, it is fun and the kids enjoy it. It only comes in two colours at the moment but I am sure this will be the next thing to change . I like the features in the menu . You can change your voice to be higher or lower which is always fun to hear yourself talk silly. You can also play around withe the voice of a singer that you like change the pitch etc.. of a song. The camear is brillant you can change the shape of your face you can put flowers or hearts around you in the background . I would definitely recommend this to buy . ...

DSi - This is basically an exact replica of the forerunner DS, with one pointless addition. A camera.
If there was one thing I'd say needed to added to the DS, it would be a bigger screen and better graphics. Not a poor quality camera. The new DSi is exactly the same as the older DS in technical terms - ie It has the same graphics, sound and speed. Surely if you wanted to take pictures and fiddle with them to make them funny you would use an actual camera and use some sort of free program found anywhere online.
Players of the original DS will more than likely agree that it is worth the money, but if said players already had a DS then there'd be no point in buying the DSi. This product is aimed at a market who dont already have a DS and are looking to jump on the bandwagon of useless time wasting games that "train your brain ...
