A code but not Da Vinci
Advantages: could have been a good plot Disadvantages: Disappointing characters and ending
...is a decent read
Digital Fortress begins as all Dan Brown’s later novels begin, with a mysterious murder, and then the story really takes off. This story is a battle of wits and beliefs, cantering around the government's battle against terrorism vs. individual privacy. It may sound a bit difficult to follow but this is a story that is fairly easy to follow for us amateurs, and as always, Brown does a good job of enlightening us about not only the ... ...In short, it may be worth it to check Digital Fortress out from the library, or borrowing it from a friend, but I don’t recommend actually purchasing it. If you are a devoted thriller fan or Dan Brown lover, I would recommend you to purchase it used, if possible. ...

An exciting adventure from the beginning to the end
Advantages: a well made fiction, that makes you read until the end Disadvantages: i don't see any
The first thing that made me read this book was all the people's comments about this, and all the controversy about the story, and I wanted to know why everybody were talking about it, so I read it, and I agree to everyone who said that the book's amazing. It's an exciting story about a professor who finds himself in the middle of an investigation about a murder of an important man, who left a secret of years to be found out and kept by this professor ...

Marvelous thriller novel from the brainful writer!
Advantages: Give people more information about 'keeping' secret and how to 'tell' it. Disadvantages: The use of language is deliberately 'hard' and uses a lot of deep scientific phrases.
After read this 'so-called-thick' book, I was amazed by the story, overall storyline. I believe this is THE book which every page makes your heart beats a little bit faster. In my opinion, Dan Brown has ability to 'hypnotize' his readers, 'steal' the reader's mind and give very big surprise at the end of his novels, he shows it by the release of his novel 'Angels & Demons'. The characters are great, the storyline is very amazing and the overall is ...

Deception Point
Advantages: Amazing detail, great storyline and well develpoed characters Disadvantages: None
Dan Brown, after reading a few of his novels I have become enticed by his work! I decided to buy this book after being thrilled by his last three and this one was exactly the same! It's one of those books that you can't wait to turn the page- sometimes your eye "slips" down the page because you just can't wait to find out what happens next. If you have read and enjoyed any other books such as "Harry Potter", "Philip Pullman Novels" or any of the ...

Angels and Demons - The Book by Dan Brown
Advantages: Good story, Rome, mystery Disadvantages: None
...his first novel was actually Angels and Demons which was released in 2000. The Da Vinci code was released in 2003. The Angels and Demons was made into a movie in 2009. However, the film differs quite a bit from the book in that the film is a sequel to the Da Vinci Code whereas the book is the first in the story. The story really focuses on the age old discussion of science versus the church and which is right and the scandals surrounding that quest ... ...and uncover things but in Angels and Demons he comes to a decision very quickly each time about where they need to go to find the next clue. I would have liked a bit more background detective work. Perhaps it was because I read the Da Vinci code first and came more used to that than this book. I think Dan Brown writes well and makes it quite easy for readers to get into the book. It's not too say his books are simple but I do find them easy to read, ...
