Advantages: King at the peak of his "serious" fiction phase

Not one of the classics

Advantages: Quick & Easy
Disadvantages: Lacks His Usual Style

I read it in under 2 hours while in hospital in August of this year and can only assume he must have had his forthcoming trial on his mind when he wrote this book of short stories.
