    Advantages Advantages Easy to assemble, Sturdy, Holds two bikes.

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Adds more weigh which means it uses more fuel, The Price.

    As my kids grew up, they started to get into riding their mountain bikes and it wasn't long before they wanted to go out and about more on days out etc. The only problem was however, how are you supposed to travel with a family of four and two mountain bikes in a standard 5 seater car? It probably isn't impossible, but wasn't worth trying to tackle that every couple of months! So I spent out on a bike rack. A Thule 9105 ClipOn High Rear mounted Cycle Carrier for 2 Bikes to be exact LOL! I can't remember the exact price I paid but I know it was around £100 - not bad as it holds two bikes ... more

    This is a fantastic cycle rack made by the market leader in car racks so you know it's well built and will be very robust. The unique selling point of this rack for me was that it fits on the rear of the car but does not obstruct the lights or number plate like many other rear mounted racks. This means you stay legal (and safe) with your rear lights and number plate still visible to traffic behind you. It also means you do not have to buy extra lights or number plate to hang off the back. FITTING I found the instructions quite easy to follow and even putting it together was fairly straight ... more
