Well I'm back in full writing swing now (no pun intended).I figured it was about time I wrote an op that's actually going to pay me lol.So sit back,relax and let me entertain you ;)

*Tiger who?*

Well as many golfing fans know (don't worry all of you who are saying you aren't because I aren't either),Tiger woods is of course a famous golfer.His full name is Eldrick "Tiger" Woods and he was born on December 30th 1975 in the USA.I aren't going to write his whole biography on here I'm just letting you know breifly who he is because after all it is his golf game :-).

*Ok so what is the aim of the game?*

You start off as being Tiger Woods (obviously) and you have to basically play golf.For those of you who don't know how to play golf you just basically swing the stick and see where the ball goes.Of course it's a little more complicated than that especially on this game!

You only have a certain number of tries before you start to lose.I aren't familiar with all the golfing terms but I know if you get it in straight away you get a hole in one.Anyway the idea is to make it in as little shots as possible.If you do this you can win bronze,silver or gold awards.Each varies witht he amount of money you win.

This is just a simple overview of what golf is for those of you who do know you'll be getting bored by now so here's what everyone really wanted to know:

*Playing the game*

The first thing you have to do to open up most modes of the game is the tutorial.This just teaches you basically how to do everything and what controls you should use etc.

There are a number of different modes available.These include:

Practice =Here you get to brush up on your skills ready for tournaments or challenges that are available.You can choose your difficulty level by changing the colour of the tee.White is beginners level,Blue is intermediate level and Black is professional level.

Speed Golf =This is a tough game.Basically you have to finish the course as quickly as possible in an head to head game.After you have hit your ball you have to run to where it has landed and pick it up ready to hit it again.the faster you finish the more money you win.

Tiger Challenge =Here you get the chance to compete against amateurs and professionals.This time when you win you unlock more golfers (meaning you can choose to play more golfers or be more golfers) and also tour cards.

Stroke Play = This is just a simple round of golf for up to 4 players.

Scenarios =Here you can choose to play in hazardass conditions.This shows how you cope under pressure.It could be strong wind conditions or where you cannot see properly.Once you have mastered these you should be able to handle anything the game throws at you!

Match = Here you play against an opponent on a course of your choice.

The Skins Game =This is for 2 to 4 players and you compete at each hole for a money prize.

*What are the game controls like?*

To be honest when I first attempted to play this game I couldn't even hit the ball straight.I find the controls to be really hard.Now I'm sure people that have played this game will not have a clue what I am talking about.This is my dads favourite game and he got the hang of it straight away.It's been months now and I still can't play the thing lol but don't let that put you off I'm just a slow learner :-)

*Anythign that I have missed out?*

Well the graphics are really good.The golfers look really life like and the courses do too.Also the sound is good quality.The crowd and the commentator (however you spell it) sound real and it all adds to the tension of the game.

Another object of the game is to unlock different courses.As you advance you get the chance to earn your way up to advanced courses and new clubs and things.There are quite a number of things to do on this game actually.For me it just doesn't interest me because I can't stand golf but I would definately recommend this game to any golf lover or anybody with at least "some" interest in the game.

My dad plays it for hours and he especially loves doing the challenges as it earns him more money because they are the same challenges everytime.

*So how much did you pay for it and was it worth it?*

Well dad payed £39.99 for it from the "Game" shop.As with all things the price varies depending on where you shop.I'd say it was worth it because dad never seems to get bored of it.There are quite a few features like I have already mentioned earlier and it just makes the game a lot more exciting having to work up to stuff.

The game is suitable for children 3+ how on earth they can play this game when I can't is beyond me but I'm sure there are some brainy kids out there somewhere :-P

I'm going to stop now even though I haven't said everything I could have said about the game.Most of this information I have got from the booklet included with the game as I never play this game anymore.So please accept my apologies I do however feel I have got my main points across that the game is worth buying and you will be playing it for weeks on end.

Lol hope you enjoyed this review it was one of my weakest but my next one will be much better I promise :)
