Presentation: packaging is attractive and the catchy slogans are funny . The shampoo has a lovely strawberry smell that makes washing the hair a yummy experience. It leaves a subtle scent after drying which is not overpowering, just how i like it.

My experience with using it: - i have fine hair that can get greasy quite quickly and i noticed that if i use a small amount first (call it a prepper) and rinse, then re-apply, the lather is much richer. Anyway, it makes my hair really silky and shiny (in the way professional shampoos do). I use it with conditioner from the same Superstar range and I am pleased as my hair gets the moisture it needs without adding to the greasy tendency. The Superstar range is sulphate-free -which is good news if you colour your hair. The colour is preserved and stays the same for a long time- in my experience, and my hairdresser only uses a half-tint on my hair.

Weak points: It does do what it claims (brings amazing volume) but only if you blowdry. If you let the hair dry naturally, the volume effect is not that obvious.

Works great with: Superstar conditioner, Smalltalk 3-in-1 styling product, Queen for a day -volume spray.

To sum everyhting up: I've now used the product for almost 5 months and I'm very pleased with the results, and most important- i'm not bored or put off by the smell of it. I definitely recommend it to anyone that needs a boost of volume.
