When it comes to shampoo, I'm amazingly easily lead. Having almost untameable hair I need all the help I can get. As soon as I see an advert offering 'sleek, manageable hair' my first thought is 'Where do I sign?!' this always ends up in me having yet another half used bottle of shampoo in my bathroom cupboard. When I came across Tigi's Catwalk 'Headshot' Shampoo, despite the price and despite thinking it would end up unused and unloved like the rest of my shampoos - I handed over my money and waiting for it to be posted through my door..
::The Brand?::
The Tigi haircare range is a much loved brand worldwide but the creators of the line were the British stylists Toni & Guy. - Got to feel a little pang of Brit-Pride there! The Catwalk range is designed to keep your hair strong, glossy and most importantly completely managable. All the products in the range should cleanse and condition your lovely locks to keep them looking picture perfect every day - Almost fit for the Catwalk!
::The Product::
Tigi Headshot Shampoo uses a blend of rose hips and ginseng with wheat protein and amino acids to keep your locks looking and feeling fabulous. They promise that the 'heavenly formula will replenish moisture and shine' - and I have to say they totally deliever on this. The product itself is a quite thick, and almost a pearly white kind of colour. It lathers up amazingly well when you're massaging it into your hair - I find a 50p sized squirt is more than enough to cover my stupidly thick locks! It washes off easily in the bath leaving hardly any bubbles like you get some some other shampoos.
::Over All::
This product has changed my hair completely. For a change a product actually did what it promised. After a few months of using Tigi's Headshot my hair has changed from a thick frizzy mess into amazingly sleek and shiney tresses. Also, the smell of this shampoo is fantastic - like the rock you get from the seaside. Yum! I always used to think people who spent £10+ on a 750ml bottle of shampoo were completely silly, but I have to say I'm now a very happy customer. This shampoo has done more to my hair in a few months than any drug store brand did in a life time. Thank you Tigi!
Tigi Catwalk Headshot comes in two sizes, a 250ml tube or a 750ml bottle. They also do Duo sets, which is typically 2 750ml bottles of both Shampoo and Conditioner. Tigi Catwalk Headshot Shampoo prices can differ massively depending where you buy. I've seen Salons charging £6+ for the 250ml bottle but with online discount stores you can snap it up for a little as £3.90.
