I purchased my TINY computer 10 months ago and have had problems ever since!
After two weeks it started to crash every time I attempted to use 'windows'. After three weeks it started to crash every time I played a game. After four weeks I sent it back for the technical team to fix. When my machine returned (complete with it's new cd.rom) the problem was still there and has been ever since.
The difficulty here, is the fact that Tiny refuse to accept the return of my computer or to refund my money, all they actually offer to do, is talk me through all of the troubleshooting that i've done before.I have found both the customer and technical service to be apalling, and rue the day that I ever went into their shop.
In 8 weeks time, I will find myself stuck with a computer with no warranty and a host of faults to boot - which I will have to rectify at my own expense no doubt.I would seriously recommend that anybody considering buying a computer from Tiny, think at least twice before going ahead!

I bought a new computer last November, and actually went into Tiny to buy it but got severely hassled about a warranty, told that I had to pay £75 to upgrade even the first year's warranty,(as the one which came with the machine (at £1500)was not very good, and I would be well advised to pay over £350 for a 3 (or was it 5?) years warranty), eventually I gave up and bought a fujuitsu siemens one from comet, with a five years warranty for £300 which will be refunded if not used, also was given £100 of games free with this extra warranty.) So far I've heard of only one person who has not had problems with Tiny computers, write to the Judge in the Sunday Mail who has dealt with Tiny Computers on behalf of a number of readers.

Go and talk to someone in Citizens Advice Bureau quickly. You should be able to claim through the small claims court. Tiny have obviously provided you with something that does not do what it is supposed to do. Good luck Ann
