The other thing that i think makes the Tinylove playmats so much better than other brands is that they toys are low enough for the baby to actually grab at and pull! ...I love this activity mat. It is brightly coloured and covered in friendly looking animals. The mat itself has various textures which encourages tummy-play. As well as the colourful hanging toys and animals, there is also a mirror which my son loves. The animals and toys have different textures and activities (eg legs to pull, bells to rattle) and can be moved along the arches. The handy clips also allow you to hang other toys on the arch if you wish. The musical light flowers are a big hit.
It is also very easy to store - simply fold in half, to flat and is secured by two poppers. It is also very easy to disassemble to machine wash the mat.
All in all a perfect item for any baby and one on which they can spend many hours over many, many months....

...another fantastic toy by tinylove. bright colourful play mat, with wonderful textures, lights and music to discover.
Comes with a few dangling toys, and a mirror. Additional tinylove toys can be bought and swaped about to keep your babies interest.
Would recommend adding the wind chimes as a kick toy.
The music is a mix of classical and traditional nursery rhymes.
Mat is machine washable, which is great if you have pets, or if your baby dribbles a bit.
I feel this toy has helped our baby entertain and discover her talents - especially hand coordination by grabbing the toys! The mirror is also a great part of the gym giving entertainment when on back or tummy (while supervised of course)...
