Tisserand Lavender Oil

I like to use natural oils and one of my favourites is lavender oil. I like the Tisserand make because it is ethically harvested and I always like to have a spare bottle of this in my house. I add a few tiny drops to my bath occasionally and I find it is very soothing and relaxing and it helps me to sleep better at night. I also like this make because it has not been tested on animals, which I do not agree with.

I pay £4.39 for my tiny glass bottle which has got 9mls of pure oil in it and it might seem like a lot of money for such a tiny bottle but it does last a very long time. It comes out in tiny drops too so I never waste any by accidentally outing out too much at once.

I love this smell because it is light and clean and refreshing and it is grown from distilled lavender bushes, which have been grown in France. This oil can be blended with oils such as clary sage, geranium and bergamot but I personally also blend it with tee tree oil and I use this as a natural and very effective cleaning aid when I mop over my kitchen floor.

The two oils blended together give a lovely natural and fresh smell and the tee tree oil kills all the germs which the cat and my shoes have brought into the house. I use a few drops ion hot water but I also add it to cold water and tee tree oil and make my own bathroom spray which I use to clean the toilet bowl and the sink. I first saw this tip o How Clean is Your House and I have down this ever since. I still use ordinary chemical sprays from time to time but I like to look after my heath and I also like to make my own blended oils using this lovely Tisserand Lavender oil.

This is very versatile and good to have about the house. It is lovely and I recommend it to you.
