The tuning mechanism is a delight with a geared control knob which allows accurate tuning with the aid of a magic eye tuning indicator. The use of real wood cabinet enhances the look with a bass port at the rear. There is no tone control but this really is not a problem because the sound has excellent bass and treble. A headphone jack and a line output socket on the rear are also useful. There is a line input socket which allows an mp3 player to be played through the radio with ease. This radio is available in a few different colours and types of wood,you should find one to match you colour scheme.
