...always been satisfied by my Morphy Richards products like my bread maker and kettle. So I returned to Amazon to look at a toaster for my kitchen. What happens is that the toast is taken automatically down at the touch of a button and toasted with the lid enclosing the toast. The Morphy Richards 44420 chrome toaster is small but very stylish. I purchased this toaster a few years ago and still occasionally use it. The design of the toaster is very eye catching and is obviously the first thing anyone would notice. It's a polished steel chrome toaster and would definitely fit perfectly in any kitchen. This is the kind of toaster you would leave out all the time because it looks to good rather than hiding it away in the cupboard ...

Why did I want this toaster? Well my toaster broke. (Why elsde does anyone want a new toaster?!) It had always ben a bit tempremental and badly designed so to be fair I was pretty glad that it broke and I could get a new one!!! I decided to get this particular toaster because it has recieved good reviews from a couple of folk around here and because it looks so swish! ...I bought mine from amazon.co.uk with my hard earned vouchers about 6months ago. Back then it cost me £19.99. This product, unfortunately has gone out of stock since but you can still buy it through the "new and used" section for about £15. I think this is a very reasonable price for such a stylish looking toaster with such useful functions. I bought this toaster to match my kettle. I wasn't really too worried what features it had as long as it quite simply, toasted bread. The combination of brushed chrome and solid birch work really well. However, while it boasts good looks and durability it does lack some features. At £39.99 it is expensive for a two slice toaster and I feel that you are mainly paying for the looks. Having said that, it does do what it is designed to do. So I'm happy. ...

Advantages: A light on the side of the applicance, easy to use
Disadvantages: If the toast is put back down after it pops up it can burn easily

My old toaster was broken so i went shopping for a new one, i was reccomended this model by the sales adviser who explained all of the features, the main benefit of this toaster is the fact that it comes with a neon light strip down the side which comes on when the toast is toasting.
