I'm a sucker for chocolate. If a genie gave me three wishes I would use one of them to create a calorie free chocolate (of course after solving world peace etc) Tolberone is one of my favourite brands and are really only seen in our house at Christmas, Valentines Day (?) and Birthdays. The big blocks are the best but one section can leave you feeling quite sickly and can be a little too much. Sometimes you just want a little bit of yummyiness, which I think is what inspired Toblerone to make '"TINYS"'

Why Get Little Ones, When You Can Get Big Ones???
I have to answer this, as I'm sure when reading this you will wonder why someone doesn't just buy the big blocks. Three main reasons:- Sometimes all you want is a bit of the Toblerone, sweet yummy goodness, to satisfy that craving. Everyone gets it, especially because there is nothing like Toblerone sold anywhere else. So its great to have a little box of mini's whenever the time arises.
- They come in a variety so you don't have to stick to one choc (If you fancy a bit of white chocolate, then you can go for it) And you can get it with Praline. Selection is key, and also if you do what I do and stick your hand in the box and get a 'surprise' (Yes that is sad, but we all have done it...)
- If like me you have a big family then can be passed around much easier, instead of your dad eating a huge chunk, leaving a tiny amount between the kids. So practical, as well as yummy, to avoid wee family arguements.
Presentation Box
Once you have opened it, it acts as a lid so you can open and close the cardboard top to keep your 'Tinys' fresher (and safer) for longer. The fantastic thing about this is it can be easily given as a present, used as a treat and of course if you want it to be, be part of your food shopping. We got a box for this for Christmas, and it had a little santa hat on the side, in which I have noticed in Tescos, is now geared up for Valentines day. These are designed to be cute, in which the packaging is small, the writing is adorable and it wins on the cuteness level. You can get a similar one which is the 'Cubes' which aren't quite the 'Tinys' as these are actually little blocks of Toblerone. Of course I don't think you would mind! If you are struggling for a Valentines gift lads, the way to a girls heart is through her chocy's!
Taste
This is vital... Now to be honest they taste EXACTLY the same as regular Toblerone, with no variation at all. This is a great thing, as you are just getting the miniature versions, which has not been tampered with. The chocolate has boasted to be so good because of the honey and almond added to the chocolate. This makes it pretty unique taste wise and more unusual as you have the chewiness of the honey and almond mixed, but almost a crunch from the almost as well. The chocolate is top notch, exceptionally creamy with a melt in the mouth feel. It is just sweet enough, however can make you feel a bit sickly after about three. Heres a bit of analysis on each one, to get your tastebuds racing.
The Milk (Original) One - Everyone knows this one. It has the distinct cream coloured wrapper, and is considered to be the original. This is my personal favourite and will appeal to everyone who enjoys a bit of milk chocolate. It has an exceptionally creamy taste and is quite rich and sweet, but with out being too over powering. The kick from the almond gives it an outstanding taste (I'm getting hungry writing about it!) 10/10
The Dark One - I have to admit my least favourite, and the one that is usually left at the bottom of the box. This one has the jet black wrapper, and is one of the newer releases from Toblerone. Now, I'm not actually a fan of Dark Chocolate however this one is not at all what I expected as it is still sweet, compared to the bitter taste I was expecting. This is quite a light Dark chocolate, but it is I think sweeter because of the honey, which I really quite like with this. Not my favourite but deserves 8/10
The White One - If you don't like sweet things, stay away from this one. This reminded me a lot of "MilkyBar" chocolate, except more sugary and sweeter. You definately could not eat to many of these in a hurry and is one as a treat. This is really creamy and pretty heavy in sweetness, not to mention quite milky. I could only really eat 2 "Tinys" and get away with it, but super scrummy if you are having it as a treat. If you haven't tried this one yet, then I would completely recommend you give it a try. 8.5/10
Price/Where To Get It
I got my box from Tescos £3.50. These are on sale all over the country and can be bought from so many supermarkets, gift shops, sweet shops etc. Now that is quite a lot of money, however remember how much you pay for the regular one? We got this as a treat and thats how this product should be treated, like a box of celebrations. This would be a great present, and that is it should be bought, if it is for you or for someone else. Have a look out for these, I saw these on offer in WHSmith only a few days a go so watch out for them.
Extras
The annoying thing about this chocolate is that a lot of people can't eat it as it contains a lot of milk. You should not eat this if you are allergic to egg whites, milk, lactose, almonds and soya so watch out. Another bit of extra information you should know, these are actually really quite small. They are about the length of your thumb (sorry we've eaten them all so cannot measure them!) and really are miniture versions of the famous blocks. You do get a lot in the box though, and it is genourously filled to the top. So you can eat them quickly and cover up the trail of shiny wrappers!
It's Great Because...
Where do I start? These are my favourite chocolates, and beat other brands such as cadburys and galaxy by miles when it comes to quality. There is not quite another chocolate like it, it tastes like Toblerone. I really enjoy eating these, as not only are they cute little versions of the well known brand, but also are in bitesize chunks, so when you just fancy a bit you can just go and get a wee bar. These are also very cute and appealing as they can be easily shared. Families will love this (until you only get left with the dark chocolate ones) as it can be shared around easily and be stored away conviently. The smell is so super, and sweet as well and just makes your taste buds water like mad. This is a truly great treat sweet and fantastic for all sorts of reasons.
It's Downsides
It is calorific. If you eat them in moderation they are fine but there is quite a lot in a box and it can be tempting to have around 6 at a time. So they work out to be around 30/40 calories (The white chocolate one has the most fat) per miniture bar. If you were to only have one, it would be fine but the sweet yumminess of them, just makes you want to have more. For the size of them, I wouldn't have expected it to be as high as that.
Overall
You know when you just want a sugar kick? Or want a bit of chocolate after a hard days work/school/outdoor pursuit? Then this is for you. If you are stuck for a present for someone then why not this? It is comical if they like Toblerone already as the size is a little bit shocking when you first have a look (seriously they are pretty small!) and act as really good shares. Of course if buying for yourself then take out your favourite ones as they will get eaten really quickly. You will notice as soon as you buy this, a majority of your favourites will mysteriously disappear... One of my favourite treats, and I would recommend to everyone who loves Toblerone. ==History==
The toblerone as we all know it, has been around for quite some time as it was first created by Theodor Tobler and Emil Baumann in Switzerland in 1908. For a chocolate bar that?s been around for over 100 years its good to see that a lot hasn?t really changed about the bar itself.
When it was first created, they came up with a unique blend of nougat, almonds and honey and mixed this into milk chocolate to create something totally unique ... ...==The new variation.==
These toblerone tinys are basically miniture versions of the original toblerone pieces. Unlike other variations which have been individual pieces wrapped up, these contain a bar of three little pieces on each block you get and these are all wrapped individually. They contain a mixture of the three toblerone flavours, milk chocolate, dark chocolate and my personal favourite white chocolate.

Ironically enough, one of my parents Christmas presents was a tin full of Toblerone Tinys! The exact thing I had been looking for! Suffice to say, we still have some left over!

...in fact for the huge Toblerone it definitely does. On the other side of the coin it doesn't mean that something gets worse as it gets smaller in fact to some degree it probably becomes more precious. Taste Toblerone has a very unique distinct taste - very unlike any other chocolate I have ever tasted! It has a very yummy creamy taste complimented with a subtle yet sharp taste of chewy nougat and honey! The taste of honey with Toblerone chocolate is asbolutely exceptional. Advantages: Unique creamy chocolate with the added plus of juicy fruit and crunchy nuts Disadvantages: Too moorish
review as this is the most important. Ok, so on opening the little box you find youself meeting a shiny tin foil wrapper, hiding you're little delight. The box and foil make this feel like a present (to yourself!). I peel back the foil and slide the triangualr bar out enough to get a good look at it.
The chocoalte is medium brown in colour and the little nougat pieces are visible through the chocolate in tiny specks, giving the effect of minature rocky mountains. Each peice is 3cm wide and 3cm tall. These are the characterstics of the standard Toblerone.
The fruit and nut varies ever so slighly in that, on breaking a little triagle, you are able to see small plump rasins and little chunks of chopped nuts toward the bottom half of the segment where the break forms. The chocolate is so smooth to touch and begins to melt everso slightly as ...
Advantages: Great shape and tasty nougat! Disadvantages: Pricey!
I gotta say I'm more of a Cadbury gal, but Toblerone is one of my exceptions!
First off, what a groovy shape! Looks like tiny chocolate Egyptian pyramids (beware of the sharp top, you may hurt the roof of your mouth if you are really desperate for some chocolate! I've done t, don't laugh!).
Great taste, available in white chocolate, milk or dark, so it caters for any chocolate preference. Filled with tasty nougat, it really is top notch. One you have a few triangles of this, you'll keep tearing off the tinfoil!
It is a tad pricey, but if you appreciate good chocolate you'll love it! Otherwise, just ask a friend to get you it in duty free!(A Toblerone is always stcking out of those duty free bags!) ...

Story
I woke up this Easter morning to be greeted by a gift from the Easter bunny! It was probably the best Easter egg I could have hoped for!!
Look
An egg shaped egg (what else?) with small individually wrapped toblerone pieces. The pieces are sophisticatly, triangularly shaped and have tiny pieces of nougart secretly scattered inside, each one a section of a small toblerone bar avaliable in most shops.
Packaging
Displayed in a creamy yellow hexagogonla shaped box with a large image of a single piece of toblerone on the front in the center pertruding out from the box drawing ones attention to the golden foil wrapped egg behind a clear plascit layer. the individually wrapped pieces are dotted over the box in their wrapped and unwrapped form, tempting the eater greatly.
Price
