An introduction
The Samsung L830 is an advanced but usable camera newly launched by Samsung. I bought this camera for £79 from Currys just after Christmas. I though that this was very much of a bargain as I was told that it was reduced from £199.99.
So what does it feature?
The Samsung L830 boasts 8.1 mega pixels of quality, although you can also downgrade the settings to lower mega pixels. The 8.1 mega pixels provide the user with an astonishing degree of pure quality in both photographs taken and films created. The definition and detail is absolutely superb and when you take a picture of something it actually looks like the object in the photograph. There is no doubt that the quality is absolutely fantastic and you could use this camera and it's quality to take all different kinds of photos. However, as the photos ...

Ciao members have rated this review on average: very helpful Review of Samsung L830
The best thing about the Samsung SGH X830 is its appearance; unfortunately, the praise for this rather small phone ends there. The mp3 player is far to quiet as are the ringtones and the sounds provided with the phone clumsy and childish. The screen is far too small and narrow, even for those with perfect eyesight and the small buttons hard to use. Advantages: small and sleek looking Disadvantages: bad durability strange buttons
i received my Samsung X830 for christmas. i revecied the black version but it also comes in white i belive and pink (blush). This phone looks pretty similar to the ipod shuffle and is similar in ways too as it has a great mp3 facility, however the speakers are not particularly loud. however that is too be expected as the phone is rather on the small side.
i would not suggest to people to buy this phone if they have a habit of misplacing things as this could get lost quite easily as i have found out!.
The screen is very comapct and small but still displays a clear image and when transferrd to the computer with its cable it looks even better.
i would not advise first time buyers to purchase this as it takes a few months to master properly.
the buttons which would nomrally be 1 .2 and 3 on a normal phone are not on this ...
