This was bought for me as a present because Ihave to travel for work alot, generally at night and I cannot believe I managed for so long with only a road atlas.
The setup was quick and easy and was literally ready to use out of the box. Programming journeys can be by postcode or street name and so far I have not had a destination not found. The map is very clear either in 2D or 3D mode which I believe is a benefit of the large screen. The voice is clear even over a loud radio and there is a vast array of points of interest such as petrol stations, cash machines and rest stops etc, all vital when on long runs!Unfortunately the battery life is not great but the in-car charger has a long lead which is easily tucked out of the way behind dashboard panels. Connection to a PC with internet can be used to obtain further voices and POI as well as firmware updates. The next test will be using it across Europe...
