The TomTom one xl is in my opinion the best navigation aid in it,s price range. Further I would with no hesitation say. it gives systems out there that cost £3000 or more a run for their money. Having previously owned the TomTom go. which I found to be of great usefullness . This improved and updated device satisfactoraly adresses any slight niggles the TomTom gomay have had. I found the route calculation speed to be fast The device also has many extremely useful gadgets and applications. A particularly handy application is the inbuilt income generating cameras detection [pardon me I meant to say safety cameras]. the device is also capable of calculating a route around traffic congestion and accidents, particularly useful for those of us regularly using the M25. ...

I brought the tomtom from Tesco, at the time I had a voucher for £50 off voucher which made it only £99 in price, very reasonable I feel for a sat nav.
I did have quite a few problems with the ordering and collection of item, but thats a whole other Tesco review!
The XL One comes in a pack with a small black pouch case, which is fastened by velcro, a mains charger, an in car charge (to be plugged into the lighter switch in the car) and the holder/stand that suctions the Sat Nav to the wind screen. Also Included in the price was a £10 online redeemable voucher, which can be used to purchase a different case or celebrity voice overs for those ...

The TomTom ONE XL Europe is one of the easiest car navigation devices to use. It is mostly self explainatry but if you are unsure how to use it, the manual is very specific and very easy to understand. In my opinion the actual software that is installed on it is excellent. When driving, it is easy to follow all of the instruction that are being said by the automated voice. The one concern with this product is the very short battery life and sometimes, when it has been previously been connected to the computer to install updates, the system gets stuck and freezes. It has to be reset for it to function properly again and then it takes up to ten minutes!! There are many options that you can choose when planning your route so you drive the route that is most suitable for you. Other than the one disadvantage, it is a very good car navigation ...
