The single player has great graphics and squad based tactical combat. Your main point of view is first person and it switches to third person when you take cover behind something. When behind cover you can lean out and take some well placed shots , or stick out your gun and blind fire. You also have a multitude of gadgets and weapons at your disposal and some great in game cinematic moments. However body's do disappear fairly quickly after you leave the room for a short time and go back to the room where you killed the terrorist, the body will be gone only leaving his gun behind.
The multiplayer is the best part of the game, although graphics are toned down a bit from single player they still look great....Matches can hold up to 16 players , it has a ranking system, the more people you kill and the more your team wins you increase your rank. When your rank increases you unlock new items such as new weapons , ammo , and body armor. You can also customize a character for online play and make him unique with all the equipment you unlock. You also have a ton of maps to play on ,some all versions have, some exclusive to the ps3. There is also 10 or so modes, some you can play co-op such as Terrorist hunt (where you hunt and kill a certain amount of terrorists), or you can play Assassination (were you have to kill/defend a vip).
Overall this game is great and i highly recommend it to anyone who's looking for a great online experience. There also is no difference between all the versions graphic wise , though I do have one gripe though. For those looking for an excellent storyline will be slightly disappointed because the storyline seems quite average for games that have been released recently, e.g. GRAW. As soon as you start playing the game I don't think you will care much about the storyline and will be having too much fun anyway.
Any console launch needs to have a flurry of launch titles to accompany it.
Its common sense really to allow the consumers to have a wide range of titles to choose from come launch day.
Being the kind fellows that they are, UBI SOFT prepared one of there biggest franchises for launch day.
Rainbow 6.
Back when the first rainbow 6 came out, it was a stat heavy tactical shooter.
Every mission had to be mapped and meticulously planned before you ... ...has refined until it now resembles a more traditional FPS, but its lost now of it difficulty.
Rainbow was one of the first titles that made you thing about the levels.
You cant go running in to a room half cocked, do it and you will last a very very short amount of time.
You need to think about your surroundings, listen for foot steps, try and only go for head shots, remain in cover ect ect.
It dose make a very tense game, but some may find it ...

...fast and easy to play. Tom Clancy's detail of military operations comes to the forefront if you want to get technical or if not you can just blast away. A great game for all generations to play together and the fun is greater when you take it online and player in a real action packed game against others around the world.

...all one of the brilliant Tom Clancy sequels.. With it's single player story line, terrorist hunt. It's co-operative story and terrorist hunt. And all it's online game modes, such as attack and defend, team sharp shooter, team survival, retrieval, survival, sharp shooter, assassination mode and total conquest. Advantages: Long, Observing, Addiction, Brilliant Online ,good Graphics Disadvantages: very Difficult If Beginner
When i Firstly Started To Play Rainbox 6 Vegas 2, i Was actually Quite Shocked in How Hard The Actually Game Was. With It Having A League Of its Own in Difficulty Level. It Was Near Impossible To Get Past The First Few Levels. The Graphics Itself Was So realistic That It Felt just A Enjoyment to Play Even Though It Was Very Diffuclt. This is Why I Am rating It 4 Out Of 5!
Graphics - The Graphics Were brilliant. there are some downfalls in the graphics ... ...the game's graphic are very high standards. as set in casinos, very high detail when upfront which brings a huge amount of excitement to the game
Sound - High quality definition on the surround sound. but also effecting on a basic stereo on a normal basic TV. very HD in looping, and going with the Graphics, brings a thrill to the game and makes the game more excitement to the game ...

Advantages: Graphcis, storyline, gameplay Disadvantages: Some lag still on multiplayer
If you liked the first TomClancyRainbowsixvegas on PS3 then you should definitly get this game too. It is basically the same as the last game but that is good, at least I think so.
Graphics
Probably what is on everyone's mind now is graphics because of the new console generation everyone seems to be only concerned with how good a game looks. I am not sure if many people would agree with me but I thought the graphics on the last game were very sub-par. Especially when I managed to play the game on an HD TV the graphics just got worse and looked much like an old ps2 game. This is no longer an issue. The graphics on RSV2 are incredible with enhanced detail both in the foreground and in the distance. The game is still only 720 for all you TV fanatics but it looks much like a 1080p game (don't worry if that makes no sense to you ...
Advantages: Good tactical game Disadvantages: Only 7 levels in single player, Multiplayer buggy
General Info
TomClancy's RainbowSix: Vegas 2 is a first person shoot 'em up with a mix of tactics and action included. It was released 18th March for the PS3 and XBOX, and is due for release on the PC April 15th. If you like your Ghost Recons, SWAT Series, and Call Of Duty 4 type of games then you will like this one.
Brief Story
Some of this game is not based in Vegas this time, as the story is based on Before and After events of the first Vegas game. The game actually starts in France, then swiftly moves on 5 years back to Vegas. You basically control someone called Bishop who later on recruits Logan who was the character you controlled in the first game.
The Plot
You begin the game in an Obseravatory in France, where you have to rescue some EU hostages. You work with some new recruits Logan Keller and Gabriel Nowak, Logan ...
Advantages: Good Story, Great Squad Based Concept, Good Selection of Versus Modes/Maps Disadvantages: Poor Splitscreen Gameplay, Poor AI, Coding Flaws
When we heard there was going to be a another RainbowSix game we instantly lead to believe that it would contain the same level of action packed, squad-based fun that'd we'd come to expect from a TomClancy's branded Ubisoft game. Indeed, story mode is based on a good plot line with graphics being just above average to good and the solid Unreal Engine 3 behind it but the game's main fall down is when it comes to the main idea behind the game - multiplayer gaming.
Multiplayer Gaming
RainbowSixVegas 2 offers a multitude of game modes including the story mode, a terrorist hunt mode where players attempt to play through a map and kill all the terrorists within it and the versus mode where players can play a number of different versus games with other players.
All of these game modes offer the chance to really take advantage ...
