Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Vegas (PS3)

This game is great, it has everything a good game needs. A great single player campaign , great yet tough AI , awesome graphics and best of all great multiplayer. The single player has great graphics and squad based tactical combat. Your main point of view is first person and it switches to third person when you take cover behind something. When behind cover you can lean out and take some well placed shots , or stick out your gun and blind fire. Any console launch needs to have a flurry of launch titles to accompany it. Its common sense really to allow the consumers to have a wide range of titles to choose from come launch day. If your looking for a single and multi player shotter then this hits the mark. The graphics are incredible and the game is actually being played slightly in the fututre as they have even added the at present being built new parts of the strip. The detail is fantastic and the game is fast and easy to play. Tom Clancy's detail of military operations comes to the forefront if you want to get technical or if not you can just blast away. This is the game that made me buy a PS3 or playstation 3. I couldn't believe how fluid gameplay was online and in story mode. I love FPS (first person shooter) games and had played hundreds of them. However this game allows you to interact with much of the game like hugging walls and taking cover, while blind firing. The multiplayer online gameplay is smooth and fast. Having said that there are a few glitches in the game if you wish to look for them on different maps. I believe this game while change the development of future shooter games to come. Well i have been waiting for this beast of a game to arrive to the ps3 for quite a while now, ever since i've experienced this game on the pc and xbox 360.And rainbow six vegas didn't let me down with it's amazing gameplay, spectacular graphics and just the sheer quality of playing the game, as it's after all one of the brilliant Tom Clancy sequels..
