As a breast feeding mother I find this item essential! But first let me tell you a little about how I came about buying it and how I find it to use. I really wanted to breast feed my baby and dutifully bought the breast pump so that I could express milk if for any reason I had to go out without my baby. I bought this particular breast pump since I had bought the Tommee Tippee steriliser & already had several of the closer to nature bottles which I knew would be compatible with the pump. (As it turned out, a smaller screw ring comes witht he pump for use with narrower bottles). The pump is easy to assemble - just 3 parts. In the box you'll also find a microwave sterilising box, which is ideal since if you're breastfeeding there isn't always a real need for a large electric steriliser. I purchased a Tommee Tippee Closer to Nature Breast Pump for use with my second child after using another brand with my first. I wanted to treat myself to something new and thought I would give this one a try. Swayed by the brand name and NEVER having any complaints for Tommee Tippee products previously, I looked forward to trying this new and innovative design. When I got home I washed my pump and put it in the microwave to sterilise. it melted!
