Advantages: durable, easy to use Disadvantages: none
TommeeTippee food pots are brilliant for home made baby food.
They come in three different colours and are made of a strong plastic with sturdy tight lids.
They come in blue, pink and purple.
I bought 3 lots, 1 in each colour and use them for freezing pureed food. I make up a batch and then fill the pots and freeze them.
The pots are great for travelling as the lids are so tight and you can also feed the baby directly from the pot if you want to.
They are microwave and dishwasher proof.
WHAT DO THEY COST?
I bought mine from Asda and they cost £2.48 for 4.
WOULD I RECOMMEND THEM?
Yes I would. They are great while baby is on pureed food. They are small enough to carry around yet big enough to hold a meal.
They can still be used as baby gets bigger, to hold fruit snacks.
They are also small enough to fit ...
Advantages: Portable, compact, microwave steralising, easy to assemble Disadvantages: Slow, not as effective at stimulating the breast as other leading brands
I purchased a TommeeTippee Closer to Nature Breast Pump for use with my second child after using another brand with my first. I wanted to treat myself to something new and thought I would give this one a try.
Swayed by the brand name and NEVER having any complaints for TommeeTippee products previously, I looked forward to trying this new and innovative design.
When I got home I washed my pump and put it in the microwave to sterilise. it melted! Not to be put off and willing to give it a second chance I took the product back to the shop and exchanged it for a new one...which did not melt.
I found the product not as comfortable to use as I had been led to believe it would be. The area that covered the breast was quite firm and rigid. I had never had problems expressing vast amounts of milk previously but found that with this ...
Advantages: Shaped for small mouths, good to use when applying teething gel Disadvantages: Some children may not like them
I am currently trying various products to help my little girl with her teething issues, I have already tried a teething ring which turned out to be useless, I recently bought a Fisher Price teething toy which kind of worked (although she just used it as a toy rather than to chew on) so now I'm trying the TommeeTippee Gummy Teethers.
I found these at my local Tesco and thought I may as well give them a go, they come in packs of two and are available in various colours (I went for the pink ones). They are basically like a dummy but instead of having a bit to suck on they have a gum shaped soft rubber section (which also has little dimples on) that the child can have a good old chew on.
These are designed for stage one teething which is when your child chews anything in sight and has some discomfort from moving teeth. These are designed ...
