Fancy hair - Tigi Catwalk Honey and Oatmeal Shampoo

Advantages: moisturises hair, makes it feel thick and fuller
Disadvantages: The cost and the smell is a little too sweet, doesn't lather up much

I like trying out different shampoos and this is the most recent one I have tried out. This shampoo is from Bead Head, Tigi and is from the Catwalk range. The shampoo is an oatmeal and honey shampoo. It is meant to be comfort food for damaged hair. Unfortunately I do fall in to this category since I have coloured my hair quite a lot and the ends of my hair are quite dry! The shampoo comes in two sizes, a 750ml size and a 400ml size. I bought the 750ml size, which is nice and big! The bottle is a see-through green colour, so you can see how much shampoo is left in the bottle. It has a large 'C' on the front of it and 'Catwalk' written through the middle of the C. At the bottom written in white writing is 'Oatmeal & Honey Shampoo'. On the back are instructions for use in several different languages. I really like the design of the bottle ...

TIGI Catwalk Oatmeal and Honey Treatment Shampoo is Awsome

Advantages: rehydrates without greasy effect, smells great
Disadvantages: a little on the pricy side, but well worth it

I'm a hairdresser and when I was in cosmetology school I would color my hair about every week, needless to say my hair was a wreck. I had a friend that used the TIGI Catwalk Oatmeal and Honey Treatment Shampoo just because she liked the smell, but I had to borrow some oneday and I instently fell in love. It made my hair feel silky smooth and enormously hydrated, and the smell....oh my gosh...everytime I played with my hair or just moved my head aroud I got this wonderful smell, almost like a oatmeal cookie, mmmm. TIGI Catwalk Oatmeal and Honey Treatment Shampoo is, in my opinion, one of the most awsome shampoos out there. It works great on chemically treated or just plain 'ol damaged hair. Oatmeal and Honey Shampoo

Advantages: Smells yummy.
Disadvantages: Doesn't lather up well.

I really like the smell of this shampoo - it's a really sweet smell and it doesn't smell 'soapy' like some shampoos do. It's quite a luxurious shampoo as it's expensive so it does feel like a treat to use. It comes in quite a large bottle however I found that it didn't lather very well, therefore I needed to use a lot to cover my whole scalp. I didn't notice a huge improvement in the condition of my hair after using it, although my hair did smell nice. The scent of the shampoo stayed in my hair quite well. It claims that the product is good for damaged hair - however for £14 a bottle in some places I would have expected pretty drastic improvements which to be honest I didn't notice.
