    As I have been colouring my hair red lately (and I'm talking of the mahogany, violet based auburn RED-red) I've been gradually making my way through certain shampoos and conditioners to see what prolongs my colour best. I'd tried John Freida which was expensive, so go figure, I go onto something yet more expensive. Typical of me. First difference to recognise with this product is that it IS a level 1 hair colourant, so with each wash it deposits a small amount of colour into the hair, and builds up over time.
