The Beauty works LEAN machine is a really impressive, compact piece of equipment. As well as the four pads, it also comes with four elasticated straps you can use to secure the pads into place, which is great as it allows you to tone up on the go! It is a belt that is battery operated, you wrap it around you stomach muscles and the one I had you could also wrap around your thigh though not at the same time.
