Slendertone GymBody Plus - My Hero!

Advantages: Comfortable, self adjustable workout intensity, cheap, lightweight, easy to use, actually works!
Disadvantages: None really, pads may wear out but are cheap to replace.

Advantages: Really works at toning muscles, great incentive to exercise
Disadvantages: sticky pads not sticky enough, intensity control too sensitive, can cause bruising
