About me :
Pro Great story mode and ability to get off your board.
Cons Airing in a bowl gets unrealistic!
Difficulty & Complexity

"You can get off the board!!!!"

Fly fast, Fly high!

Fly fast, Fly high!

This game keeps up the extremely addictive saga developed by Activison and Neversoft and the best part is... YOU CAN GET OFF YOUR BOARD!!!
Say you have seen a high ledge that would be fun to mctwist off. Now you can climb up to the ledge and have some extra fun.

The same as the older games you are behind a skater with control of his movements. You can make him do tricks with different combinations of button presses. You get given missions to do by fellow skaters, the police, sponsor companies and even the famous pros themselves. The graphics are ok, not cutting edge but still very realistic looking.

With the new create a trick capability you can choose from spins, grabs and even noises to make your ideas real. With this ability you could even plan out and watch tricks that you might try yourself. A very cool and useful tool if you ask me.

Great new maps going from your hometown to Moscow and you can enter the 'Slam City Jam' comp or just skate the park. When you complete the game you can unlock a secret KISS level where if you touch all the letters K-I-S-S they perform on stage.

This game is great; it has an extremely strong single player that tests your ability on the console. The two player mode has also been improved compared to previous Tony Hawk games with new types of games available to play, such as fireball where the aim is to shoot fireballs at the other player and knock him off his board 10 times to get his life to 0. It still has all the old two player features as well adapted for the new maps like graffiti where you have to land a trick on a ramp to turn it you colour, if the other player does a better trick on it the ramp will turn to their colour.

Values for money is great I got it for £30.00 and still play it occasionally now, years on. I’m sure it is available on the Internet for much less than that now.

Have fun
