    TOPUPTV - - - NOT...

2 Months after first install, 2 software upgrades, fitted a new TV aerial, 10p per min customer service line that is under manned.
Told due to problems would have to wait until march for third upgrade to software. Some channels dropped, others times changed no sky1....
Unable to cancel unless phoning in during working hours. Unable to cancel contract until threaten trading standards.
Reboot system every other day as it locks up.
Sold as first month free, rubbish nothing free..... charged 2 times within 3 weeks.
Told by cust servoices (when finally got through ' 1st months free refunded when you leave service)
Not to mention 200gbp for the box. Part time channels.
They even made it onto watchdog a couple of weeks ago.

KEEP AWAY SAVE YOUR MONEY GET SOMTHING THAT WORKS WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE.
On the plus side there are other suppliers NTL Sky...Freeview.

Hi, I'm sorry for a low review but more information, and argument for and against is required for higher ratings. I also disagreed with most of your points, the new Top Up TV Anytime box is now stable, and works as described. The live channels were always advertised as being "phased out to make room for the new download service" and Sky One has never been advertised as part of Top Up TV. However you are correct that the customer service is poor and expensive.

Welcome to ciao, Sorry for the low rating, but I think that your Review needs a lot more information and detail to justify a higher rating. It helps if you write every product Review as if you’re writing for someone who has virtually no knowledge of what you’re reviewing, in clear non technical language. You might find it helpful if you read and rate some other peoples’ reviews (especially those that have been rated VH or E). It might give you an idea of the sort of things you need to include. It might also be helpful if you had a look at the Ciao guides to writing Reviews and Rating I found them really useful. If I can be of any help feel free to put a note in my gb. Rich

It sounds dire, although you culd have argued your point much further.
